We greatly appreciate your business and support; we are committed to do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. In the rare event if you experience any issues with your order, please notify us so that we could evaluate the issue and make it right. Please call our experts if we can do anything at all to help you with your project. Please read our policies below.

Shipping Time – FREE Nationwide Shipping!

We pride ourselves in being one of the fastest to ship in the industry. When you order one of our larger items that ships with Home Delivery freight carrier you will get your item delivered to your home in just 5-15 business days. We specialize in Home Delivery freight, and this is considered very fast in the industry. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live in relation to the ship from warehouse and might be longer or shorter than our general quoted time frame. StorageShedShop.com does not guarantee any shipping time for any reason. Shipping only available within the mainland contiguous United States. Shipping unavailable to AK, HI, and any US territories or islands located off the mainland.

Large Item Delivery Method

Our products are large and too heavy to ship via package delivery carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Contracted Home Delivery freight carriers deliver our structures by Standard CURBSIDE Delivery Service. Home Delivery carriers provide tailgate delivery to your address. Upon delivery the driver is only required to take products to the curb, your driveway, or entrance of delivery address. The carrier is not responsible for bringing merchandise into your home, uncrating, installing, or removing packing materials. Home Delivery freight is different than standard UPS or FedEx and you will be responsible for carrying the product from the drop off point to its place of setup. When you are ordering a large item, please keep in mind that you may need assistance to help you move the product to its place of setup when it arrives. StorageShedShop.com is not responsible for any restrictions due to geographic location, inaccessible roads (dirt, gravel, dead ends, single lane, low hanging wires etc.), local covenants, neighborhood association laws, or any other restrictions that would prevent the delivery of your shipment. If you have any delivery restrictions that would prevent a large truck from accessing delivery to the curb of your property, please contact us prior to ordering. StorageShedShop.com will not be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for undeliverable merchandise for any reason and if delivery fails to complete for such reason these costs will be deducted from the customer refund. StorageShedShop.com will not be responsible for any costs incurred for special delivery fees delivering to an inaccessible area with special requirements. Additional delivery fees for special requirements will be responsibility of the customer to pay for such added services. If a change of address is required after the order has shipped, the carrier will charge a fee for this service called a reconsignment fee, all reconsignment service fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Some remote locations are not serviced by our Home Delivery carriers, and we do not guarantee delivery to these areas.

Return Periods

We have a 30-day return policy on all products. If 30 days have gone by since delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to decline returns where a product does not have a manufacturing defect but has been damaged by the customer.

Damaged Merchandise

It is important to inspect the package when it arrives to make sure the items are all there and in good condition. Damages caused from transit should be noted on delivery slip, if merchandise has shipping damage at time of delivery, customer should indicate “damaged” on the delivery slip and accept the delivery. Notify us immediately within 48 hours and send brief description of the damage or missing part along with photos of the damage to info@StorageShedShop.com. We will replace damaged or missing parts reported to us within 48 hours free of charge (we only have 48 hours to open claim with the shipping company). We will process an immediate part replacement or compensation (usually within 1 business day) or propose other possible alternative options which may resolve the issue in a most timely and efficient way. Please be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed. Please send a brief description of the damages along with photos of the damages to info@StorageShedShop.com. After 48 hours expires, please contact the manufacturer, and open a warranty claim. StorageShedShop.com will not accept full returns on any products due to missing, defective or damaged parts. Instead, we will send the replacement part to you free of charge right away. If a problem with defective or damaged part arises, please provide us with the opportunity to replace it or remedy the problem in the most efficient and timely manner.

Return Policy   

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase online. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus initial shipping cost and return shipping cost even if the order was sent with free or discounted shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items such as Made to Order items cannot be returned.

Condition of Returned Merchandise

Any new, unused, re-sellable merchandise in original condition and in their original box or packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned item must be in the original box or packaging with all paperwork including all manuals, warranty certificates, accessories and packing materials must be included. The item must be unused and unopened. If the item has been assembled, installed, used, tested, damaged, altered in any way, or is not in a re-sellable condition, it cannot be returned, and the return will be denied.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the order is shipped. Once an order has left the warehouse for shipment, all costs incurred by StorageShedShop.com to facilitate the order will be deducted from customer’s refund. All order cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours after ordering or before item is shipped, whichever is first, to qualify for a full refund. After 24 hours or item has shipped, all fees will apply to cancel. Our goal is to ship quickly, and we want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase, so please let us know your of any changes as soon as possible.

You refuse the delivery of your order, and it comes back to us

Refusal to accept delivery of your order after it ships, and it comes back to us will result in a refund minus all costs incurred by StorageShedShop.com to facilitate the order.

Building Permit Requirements

Building permits are generally not required for structures under 100 sq. ft. in most jurisdictions. It’s always best if you check with your local building department to make sure before you complete the purchase. For structures larger than 100 sq. ft. permits may be required. Please make sure you have obtained any necessary permits prior to ordering. If customer is required to obtain a building permit to install any of our outdoor products in their jurisdiction, it is customer’s responsibility to obtain this permit prior to making their purchase. StorageShedShop.com will not be responsible for any permitting not approved. Check your local jurisdiction, subdivision, or living area rules and regulations prior to making your purchase. If the customer returns any item due to not being able to obtain a permit or not allowed to construct their structure in their area for any reason after ordering, customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by StorageShedShop.com to facilitate the order.

Return Process

To be eligible for return you will need receipt or proof of purchase and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

All returns must be authorized in advance and must have a valid issued RMA number before being shipped back. Any returns sent back without a valid RMA number will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. Refusal of product at time of delivery is not considered a return. All returns are handled via email to ensure proper communication and documentation. We will process your request and email you return instructions. A $25 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to us. Please work directly with us to avoid unnecessary charge back fees.

To start the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply send an email to info@StorageShedShop.com and provide receipt or proof of purchase with all your order information stating the reason for your return.  One of our customer service representatives will process your request and an RMA number will be issued. They will also provide you with return shipping instructions via email and other possible alternative options which may resolve the issue in a most timely and efficient way. The merchandise should be packed and returned in its original box or packaging with all paperwork including all manuals, warranty certificates, accessories, and packing materials included. Once you are provided an RMA number and return shipping instructions, please proceed with the return. Retain the tracking information in case there is a problem with the return shipment. To avoid delays in issuing a credit to you, please provide us with return tracking information. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first as in such case there is no way for us to track the return shipment.

Refunds (when applicable)

Once your return has been approved, shipped, received, and inspected, we will notify you by email. If all is in order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.

To avoid delays in issuing a credit to you, please provide us with return tracking information as proof of return.

Exchanges (when applicable)

In the rare event when during assembly you find there is a part which is missing, defective, or damaged we have you covered! We will send you replacement parts free of charge within time frame and conditions of the return policy. StorageShedShop.com will not accept full returns on any products due to missing, defective or damaged parts. Instead, we will send the replacement part to you free of charge right away. If a problem with defective or damaged part arises, please provide us the opportunity to replace it or remedy the problem in the most efficient and timely manner.

  • Why do we need your return request in writing?

By submitting in writing, we can process your request more effectively and document the transaction in case there are any issues. If you’d like to initiate a return, please send an email to info@StorageShedShop.com.

  • What is an RMA number?

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is simply a way for us to track return transactions. When you request a return, we will process your request and issue you an RMA number (if applicable) with your return instructions. This information will be sent to you by email. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

  • I’ve returned my order without an RMA number. When will my credit be issued?

We require an RMA number on ALL returns. The RMA number helps identify a package once it is returned. If you return a product without an RMA number, we cannot issue a credit as we will not be able to identify it to a specific order or request.

  • My shipment arrived with damaged or defective parts. How do I get a replacement parts?

Despite our best efforts, occasionally products will sustain damage in transit. We’ll get replacement parts to you as soon as possible, free of charge, within the time frame and conditions of the return policy. Please provide as much detail as possible about the damaged goods by email to info@StorageShedShop.com including sending photos of the damage so that we can rectify your issue in a timely manner.

  • What is your return policy on commercial, contractor, large job, and/or wholesale orders?

Commercial, contractor, large Job, and/or wholesale orders will be subject to the same terms and conditions as retail orders. We look forward to cooperating with commercial contractors and recommend ordering a sample product prior to placing your main order if you are unfamiliar with the product or need client/customer approval.
